Purchasing beef shares from a local farmer, like us, is not only the most economical way to purchase beef but is also the best way to ensure that the beef you eat is the freshest and most flavorful it can be! Our beef can be split into the following;

We take immense pride in producing quality Black Angus Prime Beef! Our cattle are well cared for and fed a balanced diet for superior marbling. They spend their days on the ranch grazing and are offered grain for fat, finished beef.

- Ranch rub is a sweet, dry BBQ-style blend perfect for large cuts of meat. We love to make shredded BBQ beef in the crock pot with a roast and a generous coating of Ranch Rub.
- House Rub is the perfect pairing for a big, juicy steak! It’s a classic steak seasoning with a little added kick! Coat your ribeyes with House Rub and sear in butter, you won’t be sorry!
